The mission of USGB for me – as its founding partner – is to provide top level comprehensive legal services and bring innovative solutions to clients.
What appeals to me as a lawyer most is environmental and waste management law, which put a completely different spin on standard legal branches. On a daily basis, I deal with complex company matters and other forms of business, including setting up corporate structures, relations and rules among management, executive and supervisory bodies (corporate governance), cross-border restructuring of holding groups and, last but not least, mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
I always find time also for providing pro bono legal assistance to socially weaker clients in family matters, notably those related to alimony and child custody.
Prior to the founding of USGB, I worked for several major law firms active in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, where I specialized in the above-mentioned practice areas.
I am fluent in English and in my leisure time I actively do sports.
